Out of the seven or so car salesmen that I've interacted with in the past year, Eugine was the best. He was sincerely interested in getting our business without being overly aggressive or pressuring. He listened attentively to help us get the truck we wanted at a good price. At the end of the day, I felt like I had made a new friend who will be there for us should we need anything in the future. The same can also be said about several other hospitable staff members at the dealership who made me, my wife, and my son feel very comfortable during our purchase. I bought a Honda from your Gillman Honda dealership about 5 years and was very impressed with the quality of the salesperson.  I came away with the car I wanted at a fair price.  When I decided this year to get a Dodge Ram, I saw that your operations had expanded.  I recently purchased my Ram after working through the details with Jeff Raval.  I want to let you know that Jeff is a great asset to your organization and is the type and quality of person that is seriously lacking in the service side of the auto industry.  I can't say enough good things about Jeff's style and manners.  In many ways, people don't always connect with the phrase "I had a great experience at a car dealership".  But I must say, you have made me a Gillman advocate, and you will probably see me and my family down the road in the years to come as we have need for vehicles in the future.  I can't say much more than that, other than "Thank You."

Dear all,

I just want to send you guys a mail of satisfaction regarding my recent purchase of Dodge Journey from your internet sales manager Mr. Jeff Raval. When my wife and I decided to purchase a Journey, we searched local (Houston) Dodge dealers over the internet. We submitted quotes to all. Jeff was the first one to reply, almost instantly, via both email and phone call. That might just mean that Jeff happened to be online at that time. But the experiences that followed indicates that Jeff is always there to answer our questions promptly, with precision.  In other dealerships I contacted, some sent us quotes on a lower model hoping to get our attention with its lower price (but that's not the model we want); Some repeatedly sent us the same greeting; Some kept dodging our questions, in an evasive manner. It took us couple of emails back and forth to get a simple answer I wanted.

This was not happening with Jeff. Although he can't always give me the price we wanted in the beginning, he gave us a precise answer every time, on which we could go a step closer to an agreement. When we finally struck the deal and went to your store, we knew that we got a good deal. To our surprise, during the entire time when we talked with Jeff, we didn't hear him mention how much he has to sacrifice to get us that deal -- a behavior we expected from a dealer based on our experiences. All we heard from him was an appreciation for the chance we gave him to participate in our buying experience. And he is friendly and likable -- we chatted in his office like close friends. 

All this shattered what we thought about a dealer totally -- in a good way, of course. He shows us a model for what a good salesman could be. In fact, his style played a big role in our decision making when we chose your store, which is 25-min driving distance away, instead of a nearby dealer which is just 2 or 3 blocks away from our home. As such, we feel the urge to let you guys know that you have a good employee and we are glad to deal with him.

On June 18, 2010, I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from your dealership. The reason I say "pleasure", is because Jeff Raval was only interested in making sure that I was pleased in every way. Words cannot express my appreciation for him. He went beyond what most would have done. Salesmen from other dealerships were more interested in talking me into other vehicles and crushing my dreams of the vehicle that I had my heart set on, Jeff's only concern was making sure that I didn't leave your lot with anything other than my heart's desire. And I look just as fabulous in that Challenger as I had dreamed! (I'll have to stop by and show you)! And I am ever so thankful to having had the opportunity to meet Jeff Raval. He is an asset to your company and when I'm ready for another vehicle, or have family or friends that are shopping for a new set of wheels, Jeff will be the first person I call. Greetings! I just wanted to comment on the awesome customer service I received by Allen Scott at Gillman Chrysler Jeep Dodge, formerly Gillman Mitsubishi Southwest. About 3 weeks ago my radiator was about to go out, & I had a leak in the evaporator core of my 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor. When I brought the car in, it was running extremely hot. Your service manager, Robert Jackson was very kind & assisted me with putting me into a rental until the following Monday when my car was able to be worked on. The following Monday, Allen Scott got the ball rolling, & totally took care of my car. He took time to explain everything; what was wrong with the vehicle, & total price breakdown. A couple of days ago the radiator went out again. I called Allen, & he wasted no time getting me into the shop, putting me into a rental & they replaced the radiator the same day! Kudos to Allen for providing excellent customer service. Keep this up & you will definitely have a loyal following of happy customers! Thanks!
