I just wanted to pass on a good report.  My son and I were in your dealership (Gillman Chrysler Jeep Dodge on West Sam Houston Parkway).  We were very pleased with all aspects of your dealership.  The website  and large inventory is what attracted us to even stop by on Wednesday. But the friendliness of everyone there made us return on Friday.  He was in Houston for a week of medical treatments at the Medical Center and at the same time he wanted to look for a vehicle.  He is 27 and a High School special Ed. teacher in New London, TX.  This was his first car purchase because he has been driving the truck we gave him after high school graduation in 2003. He bought a Jeep Patriot.  He commutes 60 miles a day from Tyler and wanted good gas mileage and a car note he could afford on a small teachers salary.
 
Everyone we talked to was very nice but I especially appreciate Jeff the finance manager.  He was wonderful.  He was VERY helpful.  My husband and I felt he was very honest and gave Joshua a lot of first time buyers advice on finance.  He dealt with Joshua as an individual not just another generic person who was buying a car.  In my life time I have dealt with many different finance people over the years of buying cars and most of them make you feel like they are sharks out for your money.  That is why my husband and I felt we should sit with him and listen to make sure he did not get the run around or any added things he did not need.  Jeff was not like that at all.  He was wonderful.  Full of a wealth of knowledge but also willing to only advise him to get what he truly needed.  We really appreciate this and would tell our friends to go to him. 
 
Rest assured you have a GREAT employee in Jeff.
 
Although your dealership is a long ways from our home of Lufkin and even further from his home in Tyler, we were VERY pleased that we bought his car from your dealership and especially Jeff.

First if all, let me thank you and your fine team of professionals for capturing the ever-increasing and elusive "customer service" concept.

OK, the car is great. I get that. But it is the experience I go for every time. My apologies to Chrysler for displacing showing off my beautiful, classy 300C Limited HEMI in exchange for bragging about the measure of service you provided me.

Sterling the Gillman GM injected a peace of mind right from the get go and you carried it forward for Gillman throughout the process.

Sterling, you should be proud of what your leadership has built there and thank you for taking care of me professionally and smoothly. You should know I actually interacted with at least a half dozen other Gillman staff members while there and the service and professionalism is engrained throughout; polite, generous, and willing. Well done as this unfortunately, is rare today and virtually non-existent in your genre of business!

I will be in to see y'all this week to finalize the deal and sort out a dash vibration which I'm sure you'll resolve.

You worked tirelessly on getting us the right price and we just love all the inclusions as well and still can't quite believe the Dodge is OURS.

I bought a Honda from your Gillman Honda dealership about 5 years and was very impressed with the quality of the salesperson.  I came away with the car I wanted at a fair price.  When I decided this year to get a Dodge Ram, I saw that your operations had expanded.  I recently purchased my Ram after working through the details with Jeff Raval.  I want to let you know that Jeff is a great asset to your organization and is the type and quality of person that is seriously lacking in the service side of the auto industry.  I can't say enough good things about Jeff's style and manners.  In many ways, people don't always connect with the phrase "I had a great experience at a car dealership".  But I must say, you have made me a Gillman advocate, and you will probably see me and my family down the road in the years to come as we have need for vehicles in the future.  I can't say much more than that, other than "Thank You."

Dear all,

I just want to send you guys a mail of satisfaction regarding my recent purchase of Dodge Journey from your internet sales manager Mr. Jeff Raval. When my wife and I decided to purchase a Journey, we searched local (Houston) Dodge dealers over the internet. We submitted quotes to all. Jeff was the first one to reply, almost instantly, via both email and phone call. That might just mean that Jeff happened to be online at that time. But the experiences that followed indicates that Jeff is always there to answer our questions promptly, with precision.  In other dealerships I contacted, some sent us quotes on a lower model hoping to get our attention with its lower price (but that's not the model we want); Some repeatedly sent us the same greeting; Some kept dodging our questions, in an evasive manner. It took us couple of emails back and forth to get a simple answer I wanted.

This was not happening with Jeff. Although he can't always give me the price we wanted in the beginning, he gave us a precise answer every time, on which we could go a step closer to an agreement. When we finally struck the deal and went to your store, we knew that we got a good deal. To our surprise, during the entire time when we talked with Jeff, we didn't hear him mention how much he has to sacrifice to get us that deal -- a behavior we expected from a dealer based on our experiences. All we heard from him was an appreciation for the chance we gave him to participate in our buying experience. And he is friendly and likable -- we chatted in his office like close friends. 

All this shattered what we thought about a dealer totally -- in a good way, of course. He shows us a model for what a good salesman could be. In fact, his style played a big role in our decision making when we chose your store, which is 25-min driving distance away, instead of a nearby dealer which is just 2 or 3 blocks away from our home. As such, we feel the urge to let you guys know that you have a good employee and we are glad to deal with him.

On June 18, 2010, I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from your dealership. The reason I say "pleasure", is because Jeff Raval was only interested in making sure that I was pleased in every way. Words cannot express my appreciation for him. Greetings! I just wanted to comment on the awesome customer service I received by Allen Scott at Gillman Chrysler Jeep Dodge, formerly Gillman Mitsubishi Southwest. About 3 weeks ago my radiator was about to go out, & I had a leak in the evaporator core of my 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor. When I brought the car in, it was running extremely hot. Your service manager, Robert Jackson was very kind & assisted me with putting me into a rental until the following Monday when my car was able to be worked on. The following Monday, Allen Scott got the ball rolling, & totally took care of my car. He took time to explain everything; what was wrong with the vehicle, & total price breakdown. A couple of days ago the radiator went out again. I called Allen, & he wasted no time getting me into the shop, putting me into a rental & they replaced the radiator the same day! Kudos to Allen for providing excellent customer service. Keep this up & you will definitely have a loyal following of happy customers! Thanks!
