In the 2021 model year, the Gladiator is offered in four trim levels. The base Sport model is well equipped with features like cruise control, a folding soft opt, a 8-speaker sound system, removable doors, crank windows, a fold-down front windshield, a 5-inch touchscreen, and one USB port. The Overland adds more creature comforts like power accessories, more USB ports, smartphone integration, a larger touchscreen, and automatic headlights. The Rubicon is outfitted for serious off-roading with locking front and rear differentials, all-terrain tires, Fox shock absorbers, and skid plates. The Mojave trim is made for desert off-roading with a 1-inch front suspension lift, a Desert-Rated badge, and a reinforced frame.

Could you talk about the 2012 Jeep Gladiator's engine options?

There are two engine options to choose from when powering the Gladiator in the 2021 model year. The base engine is a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 that generates up to 260 pound-feet of torque and 285 horsepower. There are two transmission options to pair with this engine, a manual 6-speed and an automatic 8-speed. The second engine, the new addition for the 2021 model year, is a 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6, that delivers 442 pound-feet of torque and 260 horsepower. This engine is only paired with the automatic 8-speed transmission. Four-wheel drive is standard.

Can you go over the safety features in the Gladiator's lineup?

From the worksite to the off-roading trails, the Gladiator is ready to protect the driver, passengers and others on the road with advanced safety features and driver aids. The stand out safety features found throughout the four trim lineup in the 2021 model year include forward collision mitigation, blind-spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, and rear parking sensors.
